A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENT CARE COORDINATOR
Resident Care Coordinator at River Oaks of Minnesota, you will play a vital role in supporting both residents and staff while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the community. This position combines clinical support, administrative coordination, and staff development to promote high-quality resident care.
Your responsibilities include:
Coordinating and maintaining staff schedules to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care. Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new employees, helping them transition successfully into their roles. Training and mentoring new staff on facility policies, procedures, documentation, and resident care expectations. Supporting the Administrator and nursing leadership with daily operations. Working collaboratively with all departments to ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and person-centered care. You'll go home each day feeling fulfilled and proud of the positive impact you've made in the lives of vulnerable people in your community.
