The Administrative Support Analyst performs under the direct supervision of the Medical Nursing Director. Perform administrative tasks as assigned Efficient in Kronos Advanced Scheduler and Kronos timecards. Performs other job duties as assigned.
Performance Expectations:
Demonstrates knowledge and skills to effectively communicate and interact with staff of all age groups in an appropriate and timely manner. While being sensitive to their cultural and religious beliefs. Demonstrates skills to maintain a safe and clean work environment Communicates pertinent staffing information and changes with staffing/scheduling needs to reduce/eliminate problems to the appropriate Patient Care Manager. Demonstrates ability to accurately manage the advance scheduler in Kronos working with the Patient Care Manager's on their schedules. Consistently follows patient care and FGH policy and procedures and embraces and practices We CARE philosophy in all aspects of patient, visitor, co-worker, employee interactions. Demonstrates knowledge and skills to accurately complete payroll deadlines with use of Kronos scheduling and payroll system. Demonstrates ability to complete ordering of supplies and equipment Demonstrates ability to effectively schedule events and meetings Demonstrates communication skills needed to maintain positive relationships with staff and vendors Demonstrates ability to interpret and analyze data and share information with
Patient Care Managers and Directors Qualifications:
Education/Skills High school diploma or equivalent required.
Work Experience:
Experience in computer skills required. Required to have shown exceptional performance as a support resource and demonstrated leadership qualities on multiple occasions.
Mental Demands:
Ability to be self-reliant and to assist Forrest Health staff with issues and systems functionality. Ability to perform repetitive tasks, cooperate with others, follow directions precisely, and demonstrate initiative. Able to prioritize and meet project deadlines; have good written and verbal communications skills; ability to maintain rapport.
