Job Description
We are looking for a Home Care Coordinator for office in Long Island City in Queens. Experience with HHA Exchange Software preferred. This is a full time position
Responsibility:
- Bilingual
- (English/Spanish)
- Staff cases to provide services for patients.
- Clerical work
- Assigning/scheduling Home Health Aids to provide services to patients
- Answering phones for the agency
- Keeps an on-call log
- Coordinates PCA and RN services.
- Prepares and sends employee profile
- Ensure aides clock in and out and input tasks and time sheets according to POC
- Other duties as assigned by the Administrator No Experience needed, desire to learn and work must have First 3 months is a probation period
