Job Summary We are seeking a Remote Patient Engagement Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This telephonic patient engagement role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who enjoys high-volume outreach, meaningful healthcare conversations, and helping patients connect with valuable clinical services. In this role, you will contact potential program participants, explain available healthcare services in a clear and personable way, answer questions, overcome objections, and schedule initial in-home clinical assessments with the appropriate care team. Key Responsibilities Perform outbound outreach calls to potential patients identified for healthcare program participation. Educate patients on available services and explain the value of scheduling an initial clinical assessment. Build rapport quickly, address questions, and professionally overcome objections to participation. Schedule initial visits on clinician calendars with accuracy and attention to detail. Maintain productivity standards in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment. Use multiple software platforms to document activity, manage communication, and support scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:

$18 per hour. Remote (Prefer candidates to live in the following states:

TN, KY, AL, AR & MS

Schedule:

Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with every other Saturday rotation. Assigned work hours will be discussed with the direct manager.
