What You'll Do:

Coordinate resident care services and assist with care plans Supervise and support caregiving staff Maintain medical records and care plan documentation in compliance with federal, state, and facility policies Lead in-service education on care coordination processes Participate in continuing education and training initiatives Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

What You'll Need:

Must be 21 years of age or older 1

•2 years of medical experience in Assisted Living, or Memory Care Experience with medical records, documentation, filing, and compliance Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse populations and handle emotional stress professionally Ability to move throughout the community and respond to resident needs Benefits Available to
