Client Care Coordinator West Lake Hills, TX Job Type:

Part-Time to Full-Time (30-40 hours/week, Monday-Friday)

Starting at $20/hour, based on experience About Us We are a premier med spa located in West Lake Hills, TX, dedicated to providing concierge-level care to our patients. We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team and support both our clinical and front desk operations. Position Overview This is a hybrid role combining clinical support for our Nurse Practitioner with front desk and client care coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced wellness and aesthetics environment. Clinical Responsibilities Assist the Nurse Practitioner with wellness patients Serve as the communication liaison between the NP and patients Manage lab work ordering, tracking, and follow-up Call in prescriptions for providers Provide scribing support for the Nurse Practitioner/providers Prepare patients for treatments Complete accurate charting and documentation Administer and monitor GLP-1/peptide injections Stock and maintain treatment rooms Check patients in and out for clinical visits Assist with inventory management Front Desk & Client Care Responsibilities Provide concierge-level client care from start to finish Check patients in and out Schedule appointments Manage incoming phone calls Answer patient questions and provide information on services Conduct patient outreach and follow-up communication

Qualifications Required:

Medical assistant certification or relevant clinical background Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working directly with patients and providers Preferred (Not Required): Experience in a wellness or med spa setting Familiarity with Emsella, Emsculpt Neo, and/or Emsculpt Functional Experience with Aesthetic Record software or similar EMR system Schedule Monday through Friday 30-40 hours per week How to Apply Interested candidates should submit their resume for consideration.
