We are currently hiring a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Spokane Valley, WA location.
Essential Functions/Duties:
Manage, direct, and coordinate all employee and client schedules. Enter new client information into scheduling program. Update schedules daily and make changes, as necessary. Accomplish new and/or current employee orientations and track employee performance. Enter new client assessments as directed by the Regional Director and/or Area Manager and complete new client intake appointments as needed. Cover "after-hours" on-call per schedule rotation, as scheduled by the Regional Director or Area Manager and annotate all changes in software system as they occur. Track any issues being reported by employees or clients and report them to the Regional Director, Area Manager and/or Care Coordinator on the next duty day. Perform other duties, as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications:
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Ability to handle data with confidentiality Good organizational and time management skills Possess superior interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency with scheduling large client loads and managing employee schedules Working knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook and Word) and personnel tracking software programs Ability to appropriately identify, refer or resolve new or potential employee or client complaints and possess knowledge of or experience with conflict resolution strategies Must be able to pass a federal level FBI background fingerprint check
Preferred Qualifications:
A background of providing in-home or institutional care to the elderly and/or disabled is strongly encouraged. 3-5 years of office administration experience 2-3 years of scheduling experience Medical background is a plus

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
