This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with others, both front office team members and our chiropractors to help others feel and be their best. We are seeking an energetic individual with a positive attitude, good energy, dedication to helping others, and who will help foster a welcoming environment for those seeking chiropractic and integrative health services. Responsibilities Greet individuals warmly and facilitate their in office experience. Assist chiropractors during patient visits, including preparing adjusting rooms, light duty cleaning, Kind, proficient and welcoming at answering phones, making patient appointments, rescheduling patients and checking patients in and out of the office, handling money. Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes. Qualifications Excellent communication skills for engaging with a team and with patients. Ability to provide compassionate service, demonstrates kindness and proficiency with others. Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with others in a wellness environment while maintaining attention to detail. High school diploma or other professional certification or vocation a plus.
