Our clinical focus includes posture and corrective care, TMJ disorders, pregnancy and postpartum care, pediatrics, headaches, neck pain, extremity conditions, and long-term wellness. Clinical experience We prefer a doctor with meaningful clinical experience who is already confident in patient care, adjusting, case management, and treatment-plan recommendations, but that can be coachable to the standards and protocols of our practice. What matters is that you have a strong clinical foundation, are highly coachable, and are committed to becoming excellent. We will personally train and mentor the right doctor in the Healthwise approach, including clinical decision-making, adjusting, corrective-care planning, TMJ care, pregnancy and pediatric care, patient communication, treatment recommendations, systems, and leadership.

The right doctor will begin by working collaboratively with our clinic director and gradually assume greater responsibility for patient care as trust, alignment, and clinical consistency are established.
