Responsibilities Provide exceptional patient support via phone, patient exercises, and chat channels, ensuring each patient feels valued and understood Handle patient etiquette and active listening skills Enter data accurately into patient system and other software tools using proficient typing and computer skills Support patient efforts by identifying patient needs. Manage patient services requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues or concerns Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and continuous improvement Requirements Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus High energy personality who loves to interact with the public. Excellent phone etiquette combined with professional demeanor during outbound calling campaigns or follow-up calls and during patient care.
