Manage patient services requests efficiently, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of issues or concerns Maintain detailed records of patient interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for analysis and continuous improvement Requirements Strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus High energy personality who loves to interact with the public.
