Part-Time or Full-Time | Established Injury Practice | Growing Multidisciplinary Clinic We are looking for an experienced Chiropractor to join our established injury-focused practice in Dearborn, Michigan. Our Dearborn clinic is entering an exciting stage of growth as we expand from a chiropractic-focused practice into a multidisciplinary injury clinic. We are adding medical services and continuing to build a team that can provide more comprehensive care for patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents. This position can be either part-time or full-time depending on the candidate. The part-time schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. We are also open to discussing a full-time opportunity with the right Chiropractor. Our Dearborn location is part of an established organization operating five injury-focused clinics throughout Metro Detroit. The Chiropractor will be joining an existing clinic with an established patient base, experienced staff, established systems and the resources of a larger organization behind them. About Our Practice Our practices focus primarily on treating patients injured in motor vehicle accidents. We believe the best outcomes come from looking at the patient's overall recovery rather than treating chiropractic care as a stand-alone service. As our Dearborn location transitions into a multidisciplinary clinic, the Chiropractor will have the opportunity to work alongside medical providers and coordinate care with imaging facilities, pain management, orthopedics, neurology and other specialists when appropriate. Our Chiropractors are supported by an experienced clinical and operational team with established systems for scheduling, documentation, patient communication, referrals and coordination of care. Position Details Part-time or full-time opportunity Part-time schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday Full-time schedule available for the right candidate 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM No evenings No weekends 1099 independent contractor position Established Dearborn location Existing patient base Experienced clinical and administrative support team Growing multidisciplinary environment Long-term opportunity with an expanding organization Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries Develop individualized chiropractic treatment plans Perform chiropractic adjustments and appropriate conservative therapies Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate Maintain accurate, thorough and timely clinical documentation Educate patients regarding their injuries, treatment and recovery Identify when diagnostic testing or additional medical evaluation may be appropriate Coordinate care with medical providers and outside specialists Communicate effectively with other members of the patient's treatment team Contribute to the continued growth and development of our multidisciplinary Dearborn location Our clinics utilize a variety of conservative treatment modalities that may include chiropractic manipulation, therapeutic exercise, spinal decompression, Class IV laser therapy, shockwave therapy, intersegmental traction, TENS and other non-invasive treatment options. Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic degree Active Michigan Chiropractic license in good standing Experienced Chiropractor preferred MVA/personal injury experience strongly preferred Strong adjusting and clinical skills Strong documentation skills Excellent patient communication skills Dependable and professional Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary team Familiarity with personal injury documentation and treatment protocols is highly desirable Why Join Our Team This is an opportunity to join an established practice at an important point in its growth.
