The practice operates with proven systems, an established patient base, and an efficient clinical flow, allowing doctors to focus on delivering high-quality care and refining their clinical skills.

What We Offer:

Compensation :

$75,000 to $100,000 base salary with estimated first-year earnings of $75,000 to $120,000 via percentage-based bonuses

Direct mentorship from a lead doctor with 37+ years of clinical experience

Key Responsibilities:

Perform confident, high-quality chiropractic adjustments Communicate clear care recommendations and treatment plans Support clinical flow in an efficient, patient-focused practice setting Maintain accurate patient documentation and contribute to a positive practice culture

Qualifications:

Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from an accredited college Active Nebraska chiropractic license or eligible for Nebraska licensure Strong desire to develop mastery in chiropractic adjusting and patient care Coachable mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - - -
