Associate Chiropractor Kitsap County, WA We are looking for an Associate Chiropractor to join a busy, established family chiropractic practice in Kitsap County. This is not a build-from-zero associate position . The clinic has strong existing patient flow, an experienced support team, and has entered its next phase of growth. The incoming doctor will receive the majority of new patients and, beginning as early as January 2027, have an opportunity to take on an increasing share of the clinic's established patient volume. Previous practice experience is preferred because there is opportunity to work independently, although I'm willing to train the right recent graduate. We are looking for someone who wants to become a meaningful part of the clinic — not simply fill a schedule. What We Offer Monday-Thursday schedule Beautiful new clinic space with large treatment rooms Guaranteed starting compensation of $84,000 per year Production-based compensation with substantial upside - $100k in year one and $150k in year two are realistic targets, with potential to exceed $200k at higher production levels 401(k) available after eligibility requirements are met Existing patient flow and immediate growth opportunity Experienced administrative and clinical support staff Opportunity to practice independently and build a substantial patient base Long-term opportunity within growing practice with a 35+ year track record Our Practice We are a family-based clinic utilizing Motion Palpation, Palmer, Diversified, and Thompson techniques . We value strong adjusting skills, sound clinical judgment, good communication, and a positive team environment. Previous practice experience is preferred. We predominately utilize manual adjustment techniques along with additional in-clinic modalities when appropriate.
