About the Client The client is a large, not-for-profit healthcare organization serving the San Diego community, with a broad network of hospitals, specialty facilities, medical groups, and healthcare services. The organization employs more than 20,000 people and is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while investing in innovation, technology, and the communities it serves. Key Responsibilities Manage phone, email, and electronic case management (ECM) intake , including acknowledgment communications to unions and legal/administrative agencies. Schedule meetings among necessary stakeholders while ensuring compliance with union and legal deadlines. Independently respond to low-to-moderate complexity questions regarding union contract obligations . Track and facilitate Union Business Leave (UBL) requests for employee representatives attending union business, grievances, and hearings. Manage the intake and processing of union grievances and Requests for Information (RFIs) . Collaborate with Labor Relations, Human Resources, and other internal professionals to collect data and prepare analytical reports . Create and maintain reporting related to: Labor Relations unit metrics Employee data sets for union reporting Department of Labor (DOL) reporting Other Labor Relations reporting needs Required Qualifications 2+ years of progressive Human Resources or related experience
