Job Description

Labor Relations Analyst Job Summary The Labor Relations Analyst uses professional labor relations concepts and organizational policies and procedures to support the Labor Relations team and facilitate effective union relations across the enterprise. About the Client The client is a large, not-for-profit healthcare organization serving the San Diego community, with a broad network of hospitals, specialty facilities, medical groups, and healthcare services. The organization employs more than 20,000 people and is focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while investing in innovation, technology, and the communities it serves. Key Responsibilities Manage phone, email, and electronic case management (ECM) intake , including acknowledgment communications to unions and legal/administrative agencies. Schedule meetings among necessary stakeholders while ensuring compliance with union and legal deadlines. Independently respond to low-to-moderate complexity questions regarding union contract obligations . Track and facilitate Union Business Leave (UBL) requests for employee representatives attending union business, grievances, and hearings. Manage the intake and processing of union grievances and Requests for Information (RFIs) . Collaborate with Labor Relations, Human Resources, and other internal professionals to collect data and prepare analytical reports . Create and maintain reporting related to: Labor Relations unit metrics Employee data sets for union reporting Department of Labor (DOL) reporting Other Labor Relations reporting needs Required Qualifications 2+ years of progressive Human Resources or related experience

Pay:
From $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
