Responsibilities Performance Improvement Analyst - Full-time 32 hours per week Michiana Behavioral Health is dedicated to creating a therapeutic environment that helps patients restore their health and get a fresh start. Located in Plymouth, Indiana, in a rejuvenating wooded setting, Michiana Behavioral Health provides each patient with comprehensive behavioral health treatment from compassionate and caring staff. Position Summary The Performance Improvement Analsyt is a liaison to department directors and administration to ensure that the provision of quality care is monitored and continuously improved.
Core functions include:
Coordination of the facility-wide Performance Improvement Program. Reviews results of performance improvement indicators and requirements with the Director of Risk/Performance Improvement. Maintains a system for collecting and analyzing data and tracking trends relating to performance improvement measures. Plans and chairs the monthly Performance Improvement Meeting to develop and continuously encourage a facility-wide team effort in meeting performance improvement indicators. Manages performance improvement data and information flow. Provides consultation to department heads in development of departmental PI measures, data collection, and alalysis that are appropriate, timely and outcome focused.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field. Lean Six Sigma Certification or CPHQ preferred. One year data collection and analysis experience. Must be familiar with The Joint Commission, State and Federal standards and regulations. Must have excellent communication skills that incude the ability to interact with and coordinate with all levels of staff.
