$64,576.51 ($31.04/ hourly) plus full benefits package
SUMMARY :
Juvenile Programs Clinical Case Manager will provide assessments, treatment recommendations, and therapeutic services to participants in our FTC and in CHANCE Court, our new juvenile mental health court. This position will split time between the two courts and will serve as an active member on both teams.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Duties include but are not limited to: Administering diagnostic and developmental assessments of clients, including providing ASAM Level treatment recommendations for Family Treatment Court and diagnostic impression and treatment recommendations for CHANCE Court Developing strength-based service plans, monitoring treatment progress, and maintaining electronic records and other reporting data for individuals referred to and/or participating in the Family Treatment Court and CHANCE Court Providing on-going assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy and assisting with case management services Evaluating and documenting client's level of functioning and progress toward attainment of goals Conducting involuntary commitment evaluations and executing involuntary commitment of clients as required Providing consultation and guidance to treatment providers as it pertains to Family Treatment Court and CHANCE Court clients Collaborating with Family Treatment Court and CHANCE Court Coordinator, Case Managers and other team members regarding treatment Participates in staffing, court, treatment team meetings and client case staffing
Performing other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or related field required Minimum 2 years' experience providing mental health, substance use services An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
DBT training preferred
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
Must meet all eligibility requirements established by the Board of Commissioners
Must be willing to submit to random drug and alcohol screening as directed
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Possess and maintain a valid Georgia Driver's License (Class C) and a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) if assigned job duties requiring the use of a vehicle
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Data entry utilization Ability to provide specialized or professional level counseling and treatment to others Ability to complete ASAM Level assessments and make treatment recommendations Ability to use technology such as spreadsheet, database, word processors Ability to research, organize, analyze, prepare reports and create and deliver effective presentations Ability to exercise judgment, decisiveness, creativity in situations
Juvenile Court and Accountability Court knowledge preferred
