Job Description

Job Description We are seeking an organized Follow-Up Coordinator who will be responsible for organizing patient follow-ups, ensuring proper communication, and assisting the healthcare team with various tasks. The candidates should be capable of managing medical files, billing, and insurance tasks. Responsibilities

Manage patient follow-ups related to their medical records, billing, and insurance.
Make calls to patients in order to obtain missing information or to schedule an appointment.
Coordinate with the providers and insurers in terms of resolving claims and obtaining necessary authorizations.
Ensure that all insurance is verified and the electronic health record is updated.
Assist with the coding of medical procedures (CPT, ICD-10). Requirements
Awareness of HIPAA, medical terminology, and insurance regulations.
Experience with EHR/EMR and medical coding.
Communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay:

$24.53

$31.

52 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
