Job Summary Join our Adult Day Care Center as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor and become a vital part of enhancing the quality of life for adults with developmental disabilities. You will provide comprehensive nursing care and coordinate medical services. Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. We are not open in the evening or weekends. Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and health history reviews to develop personalized care plans. Administer medications, g-tube feedings, wound care, manage pain episodes, implement behavioral health strategies, respond promptly to medical emergencies, and other duties as needed. Document medical using our electronic health record (EHR) system. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate nursing assistants and LPN. Assign daily duties. Experience Proven experience working as an RN in adult day care centers or long-term care facilities. Experience in staff management and quality control. Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities and behavioral health challenges. Skilled in using EMR/EHR systems for accurate medical documentation and patient care tracking.
