Full Job Description Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field and one year of related experience. Must possess sufficient educational background and/or experience to perform clinical applications analysis or programming. An equivalent combination of education and experience relevant to the role may be considered for this position.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with building web pages and Sitefinity usage.
Epic Security Certification Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the design, configuration, implementation, maintenance, and support of clinical applications of basic to medium complexity. Clinical applications include any software application used in support of the clinical enterprise, including patient registration, patient billing, clinical documentation utilized in the ambulatory and inpatient settings, as well as applications for specific medical specialties such as, but not limited to, Radiology, Pathology, Oncology, Transplant, and Cardiology. Other responsibilities include providing basic to intermediate analysis and documentation of business and management problems to formulate clinical application requirements. Assists in providing solutions to routine problems utilizing more efficient operational procedures, workflows, and technology solutions.
Job Duties:
Assists Principal Trainers with training-related tasks that require detailed planning, technical expertise, and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate configuration of training data and environments. Responsible for troubleshooting routine issues and implementing solutions within the Epic Master Training Environment. Manages and maintains the Mitosis automation process within the Epic Master Training Environment. Collaborates with the Technical team to establish environment refresh schedules and participates in system updates, upgrade planning, and environment validation activities for all Epic Training Environments. Utilizes intermediate-level analysis and documentation skills to develop and maintain comprehensive training environment documentation. Develops and maintains internal webpages and webforms to support project initiatives and communication. Collaborates with the Epic Security team to investigate and resolve security-related issues on a weekly basis. Proactively partners with departmental trainers to understand and meet their training needs and participate as a team member.
Salary Range:
Actual salary commensurate with experience.
Work Schedule:
Remote position. 8 am to 5 pm, and weekends as needed.
