Position Overview We are looking for a lab manager that will lead our hash rosin processes from end-to-end with the support of an extraction lead and 4-5 other team members. This role reports to our Facility Manager and often works directly with ownership. Roles & Responsibilities Manage lab resources to achieve daily and weekly production goals Ensure accurate and timely record keeping in production logs and METRC Balance priorities while allocating resources across multiple different workstreams Identify opportunities for process improvement Train extraction team members on best practices across workstations Assist with research and development efforts as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Desired Qualifications Valid MED badge Extensive solventless processing experience preferred Managerial experience required Must be able to stay organized while balancing multiple deliverables in a fast paced environment Compensation $25 - $30 / hour Attractive medical, dental, and vision benefits offered
