Days | No Weekends About the Role Join a well-established acute care hospital with a growing cardiovascular program. This leadership position oversees the Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Lab, Electrophysiology, and Pre/Post Holding Unit, managing daily operations, staff, quality initiatives, and patient care while partnering closely with physicians and hospital leadership to expand the service line. Requirements Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license BSN required BLS and ACLS certification (or obtain within 30 days of hire) Minimum 3 years of Cardiac Cath Lab nursing experience in an acute care hospital Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab leadership experience (Charge Nurse, Assistant Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager, or similar) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: Up to $61.50/hour (based on experience) Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid holidays Tuition assistance and career advancement opportunities Full-time employee benefits package Recruiter's info:
