  Description Manage operations, service delivery, parts, equipment & service contract sales, and overall financial performance of service branches across the USA. Must have experience managing industrial or laboratory equipment sales and field service organization operations.
• Develop and strategic operating plans for regional branches.
• Oversee daily operations, service delivery, and financial performance of regional branches.
• Coordinate regional operational and service related activities by interfacing with staff, clients, vendors, and corporate leaders.
• Develop talent pipeline to fuel continued growth.
• Drive profitable growth through increased sales, optimized operations, and effective asset management.
• Analyze operational processes and direct improvements using key metrics and performance indicators.
• Lead Merger & Acquisition efforts to open new branches to grow presence and market-share within Region.
• Identify, secure, and retain service customers by engaging with key and potential accounts.
• Develop strategies to increase product assortment and customer spend. Operation services an variety of equipment used in laboratories which implement:
• Gene expression and SNP detection assays.
• High-throughput sequencing.
• Amplification and sequencing of DNA and RNA.
• Measure protein-protein interactions.
• Assess small molecule binding.
• Antibody microarrays.
• Screening of large protein libraries.
• Antibody profiling.
• Capture analytes of interest.
• Profile multiple antibody isotypes and subclasses.
• Analyzing tissue and biofluid samples.
• Observe and record cellular responses against panels of materials.
• Assay chemical compounds for specific activities.
