Guarantee the thorough completion of reagent preparation, pre-qualification, and quality assurance. Carry out essential competency observations and ensure meticulous and accurate documentation. Perform preventive maintenance, quality assurance, calibrations, and equipment. Identify malfunctions in high complexity equipment and troubleshoot, as necessary. Ensure an adequate level of supplies and reagents are maintained. Actively participate in discussions related to process improvement and budgeting. Bachelor's degree required Must satisfy CLIA requirements for High Complexity Testing required Three years of clinical laboratory testing experience to include one year of transfusion or blood banking required Two years of supervisor experience preferred Two years of reference lab experience preferred
