JOB DETAILS

Certified MT needed for Hospital northwest of Columbus. The Medical Technologist performs complex chemical and biological test procedures on blood, tissue, body fluids or excretions in either Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry or Microbiology and instruct incumbents in assigned areas.

Minimum:

Associate Degree in medical technology or relates science

• REQUIRED

  One year of medical technology experience

• REQUIRED

  Certification in Medical Technology (MT/MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) by an accredited agency or the equivalent

• REQUIRED

  Must be cross functional in the areas of all laboratory departments except histology

• REQUIRED

  ASCP or AMT certification

Certifications:

MEDLABTECH

(Copy Needed); BLS(Copy Needed)
