Job Description

Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Thursday, 9:00 PM 7:00
AM Key Responsibilities:
Perform complex laboratory testing in compliance with established protocols. Operate and maintain Cerner Millennium and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzers. Manage blood bank procedures and ensure accurate blood typing, cross-matching, and product preparation. Uphold laboratory safety and quality standards. Communicate results effectively with the healthcare team. Maintain comprehensive documentation of all procedures and results.
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years recent experience in a medical laboratory setting. Registered Laboratory Technician credentialed by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or American Medical Technologists. Proficient using Cerner Millennium LIS and Ortho-Clinical Diagnostics chemistry analyzer. Blood bank experience is required. Active AHA BLS certification.
Comfortable adhering to dress code:
hunter green scrubs (no maroon or royal blue). Phlebotomy skills are advantageous, but not compulsory.
