We are seeking an experienced Nurse leader with a passion for clinical quality, population health, and team development. As the Senior Director of Clinical Quality, ACO, you will lead a team of Nurse Directors, shape enterprise-wide clinical strategies, and drive measurable improvements across a portfolio of accountable care partners. BSN required; MSN or other advanced nursing degree preferred. 8+ years of progressive nursing experience, including experience in post-acute, population health, care coordination, or value-based care settings. Prior nursing leadership experience with direct people management required. Experience leading clinical quality, population health, or value-based care initiatives across multiple sites or partnerships preferred. ACO experience strongly preferred. Demonstrated expertise in quality improvement, care coordination, and population health programs. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling Full-time leadership position. Monday through Friday business hours. Flexible work environment with collaboration across multiple markets and partner organizations. Periodic travel may be required to support partner engagement and business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Nurse Directors, driving performance, retention, professional growth, and outcomes. Oversee clinical strategy, quality performance, and value-based care initiatives across a portfolio of accountable care partnerships. Establish clinical priorities, quality standards, and performance expectations to improve outcomes and total cost of care. Drive quality measure performance, care gap closure, care coordination, and utilization management initiatives. Design and scale onboarding, competency development, clinical workflows, and care management processes. Leverage clinical and operational data to identify opportunities, monitor results, and inform strategic decisions. Present performance outcomes, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership and governance committees. Build strong partnerships with physicians, healthcare organizations, and internal stakeholders to advance ACO objectives. Collaborate with executive and cross-functional leaders to develop and execute clinical quality and network performance strategies. Influence clinical and operational leaders to adopt evidence-based practices and achieve value-based care goals. Working at Sound Physicians As the Senior Director of Clinical Quality, ACO, you will play a critical leadership role in advancing Sound Physicians' value-based care strategy.
