Do:
You will build relationship with the dentist to anticipate their needs and save time. You will be one step ahead of the dentist to pass them instruments for the procedure, having checked in beforehand to see if they need additional instruments. You will work with a team of 2-3 other assistants to help each other with tasks that keep on schedule, such as help clean the rooms, sterilize instruments, load the x-ray, do notes, and set up for the next patient. You get to help the patient learn about oral health care by showing them how to brush and floss, help them understand why it's important to follow up with cleanings and post-op care. You get to serve your community - you are here for the patients, and they are very grateful. What We Need to for this
Job:
1 year of dental experience. X-ray certification per state requirements (we can help you get it if you have 1-year chairside experience). Training on tooth anatomy, tooth numbers, procedures, and potential procedure complications. Extended Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) encouraged to apply.

Compensation :
$22.05 - $25.52/hour for a Dental Assistant. $22.66 - $26.26/ for an Extended Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA). The posted range represents the full salary range for this position. Starting pay is based on factors such as directly related experience, education, licensure and/or certification, and internal equity.
