Benevis Dental seeks a Part-time Bilingual Dental Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered care. In this role, you'll assist dentists chairside, prepare and sterilize instruments, set up treatment rooms, and help maintain accurate patient records. You'll use your bilingual skills to explain procedures, provide pre- and post-care instructions, and ensure patients feel comfortable and informed. You'll also help with X-rays, scheduling, and basic front-desk tasks. Responsibilities Assist dentists chairside during exams and procedures Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and treatment rooms Take and process dental X-rays following safety protocols Update and maintain accurate patient records and charts Provide bilingual communication and education to patients and families Schedule appointments and support front-desk tasks as needed Maintain infection control and OSHA compliance standards Support patient flow to ensure timely, efficient care Required Skills Chairside assisting Dental radiography/X-rays Instrument sterilization and infection control Dental charting and recordkeeping Bilingual patient communication Appointment scheduling and basic front-office tasks OSHA and HIPAA compliance Use of dental practice management software Four-handed dentistry techniques Patient education and post-operative instructions
