FRONT OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES

Greeting patients Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Treatment plan presentation Hygiene recall and patient follow-up Dental insurance verification and terminology Dental billing and coding Accounts receivable and collecting patient payments Working with EagleSoft dental software

CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting with general dentistry procedures Taking dental X-rays Room setup and turnover Sterilization Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment Providing excellent patient care and helping patients feel comfortable

BONUS:

Invisalign experience or training
