Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, motivated, professional, and dependable team member to join our growing practice. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a team environment and is comfortable working in both the front office and clinical areas of the practice. If you are organized, computer savvy, a great communicator and enjoy learning new things, we'd love to meet you!
FRONT OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting patients Answering phones and assisting patients with questions Scheduling and confirming appointments Treatment plan presentation Hygiene recall and patient follow-up Dental insurance verification and terminology Dental billing and coding Accounts receivable and collecting patient payments Working with EagleSoft dental softwareCLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with general dentistry procedures Taking dental X-rays Room setup and turnover Sterilization Maintaining a clean and organized clinical environment Providing excellent patient care and helping patients feel comfortableBONUS:
Invisalign experience or trainingWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
