• Hickory Hills, IL We are looking for an experienced Dental Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on dental assisting experience to join our growing team.

We are a busy, modern, fully digital dental practice providing comprehensive dentistry, including restorative dentistry, implants, oral surgery, and full-arch implant cases. We are looking for someone who is confident, efficient, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience required Strong chairside assisting skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced practice Experience with digital dentistry and scanning Excellent knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, materials, and setup Ability to anticipate the doctor's needs and keep procedures moving efficiently Strong infection-control and sterilization skills Organized, dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable with technology and learning new systems Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude Experience with oral surgery, implants, or advanced procedures is a big plus Our Office Signature Dental Care is a modern, technology-driven practice with a strong focus on excellent patient care. Our technology includes TRIOS and iTero digital scanners, CBCT, CEREC, CAD/CAM, and 3D printing . We perform a wide range of procedures, from general and restorative dentistry to implant surgery and full-arch implant rehabilitation. This is a great position for an experienced assistant who enjoys dentistry, wants to stay busy, and wants to continue developing advanced skills. Ideal Candidate You are someone who can walk into an operatory, understand what needs to be done, and take ownership of your role . You work efficiently, stay one step ahead, help keep the schedule on time, and support both the doctor and the rest of the team. We are specifically seeking an experienced assistant . This position is not intended for someone who is brand new to dental assisting.
