Responsibilities Lead daily clinical operations and support dentists during procedures Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials per infection control standards Perform chairside assisting, including radiographs and impressions as allowed by state law Oversee sterilization, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory Train, mentor, and schedule dental assistants to ensure quality care Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-op instructions, and treatment plans Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in practice systems Coordinate with front office to optimize patient flow and experience Support implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards Required Skills Chairside dental assisting Dental radiography Infection control and sterilization Four-handed dentistry Dental materials and impressions Electronic dental records Inventory and supply management Team leadership and training Patient education and communication OSHA and HIPAA compliance
