Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dental clinic. Looking for a good experienced dental assistant. Candidate needs to have good social skills. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our dental professionals in delivering high-quality services. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, anatomy, and the ability to assist in various dental procedures, including pediatrics and general dentistry. Responsibilities Assist dentists during examinations and procedures by providing necessary tools and materials. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all patient information is up-to-date. Prepare treatment rooms by sterilizing instruments and ensuring all supplies are stocked. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Manage appointment scheduling and patient flow within the clinic. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of daily activities. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control procedures at all times. Requirements Proven experience as a Dental Assistant or in a similar role within a dental clinic. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental systems. Familiarity with Epic or similar electronic health record systems is preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients of all ages, including children. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
