Dental/Orthodontic Assistant - Full Time Position TDR Specialists in Orthodontics Rochester Hills Our orthodontic practice is looking for a motivated person to join our team as an orthodontic clinician. We are a well-established orthodontic practice with over 30 years of service in the Metro-Detroit area that is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and service to our patients. Responsibilities:
Welcoming and seating patients in the clinic
Setting up clinical chairs for orthodontic procedures
Taking orthodontic records (photos, radiographs, and intra-oral scans) under the supervision of the Orthodontist
Assist in placing and removing orthodontic appliances, (such as aligners, expanders, and retainers under supervision of the Orthodontist
Accurately and thoroughly scribing treatment notes
Providing patient education
Ordering retainers and appliances from labs
Sterilization
Organizing and stocking materials and equipment
