Albertville and Buffalo, Minnesota About Albertville and Buffalo Orthodontics We are a locally owned orthodontic practice with two convenient locations in Wright County. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Licensed Dental Assistant who enjoys working with patients, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow with our practice. What You'll Do Assist the orthodontist during clinical procedures using permitted expanded functions Take digital scans, intraoral photographs, and radiographs Place and remove orthodontic appliances under the orthodontist's supervision Provide clear and encouraging education about oral hygiene, aligner wear, and appliance care Follow sterilization, infection-control, and clinical safety protocols Prepare treatment areas and maintain accurate clinical records Help keep the clinical schedule running smoothly and on time Create a comfortable, positive experience for patients of all ages Support teammates wherever needed throughout the day Cross-train in administrative responsibilities, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and assisting with other front-office tasks as needed What We're Looking For Active Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant credential required Orthodontic experience preferred, but not required Warm, confident, and professional communication skills Positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to remain flexible and composed in a busy clinical environment Dependability and a genuine desire to provide excellent patient care Willingness to learn and contribute in both clinical and administrative areas of the practice New graduates with strong clinical skills, a willingness to learn, and a great attitude are encouraged to apply. Orthodontic training will be provided for the right candidate.
