Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) - Wed-Fri Hugo, MN Hugo Dental Care is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, compassionate Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team! Schedule Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:30am-4pm Optional picking up Mondays/Tuesdays as needed when other assistants are off No evenings or weekends Compensation $32-$36 per hour , based on experience and qualifications Benefits Free dental care for you and your immediate family 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid sick days Continuing education reimbursement Uniform allowance Bonus opportunities Qualifications Current Minnesota LDA license (required) 2+ years of assisting experience preferred , but we are open to enthusiastic new grads Experience with Dentrix is a plus Strong communication skills Teamwork and a positive attitude is a must!
