Job Title:
Dental Hygiene Coordinator / Assistant About the
Role:
Come maximize your potential with a great dental family! We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Dental Hygiene Coordinator / Assistant to join our dynamic private dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role assisting the hygienist with daily operations to ensure smooth, exceptional patient care. Must be motivated to work in a fast-paced, state-of-the-art dental office. You will have full autonomy in your position and full accountability for your success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the hygienist with daily operations and patient care
  • Direct patient flow and prepare/break down treatment rooms
  • Confirm appointment schedules and manage the books
  • Assist with holding suction and instrument management
  • Take X-rays as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Friendly, energetic, and motivated team player with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting with strong attention to detail
  • Dental office experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
  • X-ray license preferred
Schedule:
  • Full-time (Monday to Friday)
  • Flexibility required for hours, including two Saturdays per month (8:00 AM
  • 1:00 PM)
