BridgeTown Dental is looking for a dependable, patient-focused Dental Assistant to join our team in Cambridge, Ohio. We're looking for someone who works well alongside the doctor and clinical team, pays attention to the details, and takes ownership of helping the day run smoothly. What You'll Do Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies for patient care Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during dental procedures Take dental X-rays while following appropriate safety protocols Sterilize instruments and maintain infection-control standards Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after treatment Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation Keep treatment rooms stocked, organized, and ready throughout the day Support scheduling, patient communication, and front-office needs when necessary What We're Looking For Dental assisting experience preferred Ohio radiology certification or appropriate qualification to take dental X-rays preferred Knowledge of infection control and sterilization procedures Open Dental experience preferred Strong communication and patient-service skills Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail Positive, team-oriented, and willing to learn Takes ownership and follows through How We Work Our culture is built around
