Job Description

Job Description Our practice is seeking an upbeat, positive individual to join our amazing team in an orthodontic dental assistant position. This individual will assist the doctor with patients, procedures, and adjustments. The orthodontic assistant should be self-motivated, outgoing with strong interpersonal skills, enthusiastic, and compassionate with our patients to give the best positive experience.

Responsibilities :

Include, but are not limited to: Customer Service Patient care Assisting with orthodontic adjustments Sterilization of instruments Taking impressions of teeth Educating patients and families on orthodontic care and appliances Taking photographs of teeth Taking x-rays when licensed (must be licensed within one year of hire) Qualifications and Skills

Previous orthodontic/dental experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills required
Lab/Records experience is a plus
Polishing/radiology license and other certifications is a plus
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
