We are a single-doctor, general dental practice seeking an experienced chairside dental assistant with the passion and skill to make each patient comfortable. We utilize digital technology in charting, radiography and restorative workflows so previous experience with this would be extremely useful. Our dental assistants work on cases involving complex full mouth rehabilitations, crowns and bridges in one visit utilizing digital scans and milling units, implant placement and restoration, 3D printed appliances, extractions, bone and tissue grafting, and resin composite restorations. We have a set of clear roles and responsibilities for all team members. Our office operates using well developed systems. Weekly team meetings encourage growth and learning, as well as some fun!

Daily Duties:

Greeting and seating patients in our modern treatment rooms Assisting Dr. Mead on dental procedures, including fabricating digital restorations Taking digital x-rays and photographs Sterilizing instruments and sanitizing treatment rooms Lab and treatment case management Dental equipment monitoring and maintenance Monitoring and ordering supplies Unique details: Salaried position (guaranteed monthly salary) No evening, Friday or weekend hours Team hours are 6:30am-4:00pm; Patient hours are 7:00am-3:00pm Team morning huddle each day to prepare for patients Weekly team meetings to foster excellent team dynamics Regular practice-sponsored learning Paid holidays, sick time and vacation time 401k retirement plan We have a set of Core Values that are alive and noticeable in our practice: Bring Joy is about bringing the best versions of ourselves each day and having a "Yes" attitude.
