Dental Assistant As a Dental Assistant, you'll work alongside our dentists and team to create a positive, supportive, and efficient experience for every child. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and committed to providing high-quality care in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome patients to create a comfortable, child-friendly atmosphere Assist dentists with pediatric dental procedures and behavior management Prepare, set up, and clean operatories for appointments Sterilize dental instruments and maintain clinical cleanliness standards Support hygienists and assist with front desk tasks as needed Follow all compliance, safety, and patient care procedures Other duties as assigned by doctors to support patient care Qualifications Minimum of 1 year experience as a dental assistant X-ray certification required Dental assistant schooling or certification is a plus Passion for working with children and patients with special needs Excellent communication and people skills Highly organized with attention to detail Team-oriented with a positive, adaptable attitude High school diploma or equivalent required
