Monday, Wednesday & Friday Pay:
$22-$27 per hour, based on experience and clinical skills Join Our Team 803 Dental is a growing, privately owned general dental practice in Fort Mill, SC. We're looking for an experienced dental assistant who enjoys patient care, takes pride in their work, and works well with a small team. Our office combines personalized care with modern technology, including a Medit intraoral scanner and CBCT imaging. You'll work directly with the dentist across a variety of procedures, from restorative dentistry to implants, in a respectful and supportive environment. What You'll Do Assist chairside with fillings, crown preparations, build-ups, root canals, surgical extractions, and implant procedures. Take dental radiographs, including FMX, bitewings, periapicals, and panoramic images. Fabricate and adjust temporary crowns. Perform intraoral scans and assist with digital workflows. Assist the dentist with denture procedures, adjustments, and relines. Prepare and turn over treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain organized clinical areas. Help patients feel comfortable and understand the dentist's instructions. Anticipate clinical needs and coordinate with teammates to keep the day running smoothly. What We're Looking For Previous dental assisting experience and confident chairside skills. Experience taking dental radiographs and fabricating temporary crowns. Strong organization, attention to detail, and infection-control practices. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Friendly, professional communication with patients and teammates. Initiative, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback. Experience with intraoral scanning, CBCT, implants, or endodontic assisting is a plus. We provide training on our equipment and office-specific workflows. What We Offer $22-$27 per hour, based on experience and clinical skills. A consistent Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule.
