What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated, dependable, and caring RDA who enjoys working with patients of all ages and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Assist the dentist during clinical procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take dental X-rays Perform coronal polishing Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care Maintain accurate patient charts and records Deliver excellent patient care with a friendly, professional attitude Qualifications Active Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license Coronal polishing certification (preferred) Spanish-speaking is a plus Strong communication and teamwork skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and patient-focused Compensation & Benefits $18-$23 per hour (based on experience) Full-time position Supportive, welcoming work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule Full-time Day shift (details discussed during interview) Why Join Us?
