Main Street, Jefferson, WI 53549 About the Position Eby Family Dental is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our team. We are seeking a positive, organized, and self-motivated individual who takes pride in patient care and enjoys working as part of a team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can multitask, stay engaged throughout the day, and help maintain an efficient, professional, and welcoming office environment. Responsibilities Seat and prepare patients for treatment. Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and tray setups. Take dental radiographs and intraoral images. Accurately document clinical notes and maintain patient records. Scan and organize patient paperwork. Follow infection-control procedures and sterilize instruments and equipment. Provide patients with appropriate post-treatment and oral-care instructions. Take impressions and pour/trim dental models. Prepare, send, receive, and organize laboratory cases. Assist with dental equipment maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment. Assist in all operatories and support the team wherever needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous dental assisting experience preferred. Strong organizational and communication skills. Dependable, positive, and team-oriented. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment. Attention to detail and commitment to quality patient care. Experience with dental radiographs, sterilization, impressions, and clinical documentation preferred.
