The qualified candidate will assist the hygienist team, take quality x-rays, work closely with the provider to develop treatment plans, and ensure the smooth flow of all procedures. Silver Creek Dentistry is a well-established, state-of-the-art private general dentistry practice located in Ripon, Wisconsin. We are seeking a Full-Time Hygiene Assistant to join our dynamic team. Our growing practice is experiencing a surge in patients, and we need your help! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to : Assist our experienced hygienists during patient appointments Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients Maintain patient records and assist with administrative tasks Create a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for patients Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service Follow all infection control and safety protocols Show a strong respect for all coworkers Willing and able to demonstrate the ability to abide by the practice's protocols for patient care, room setup, and equipment sterilization
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Willingness to learn and adapt Professional and friendly demeanor Ability to multitask, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of others Ability to project a positive, warm, and professional image Apply Now!!
