Sonoran Dental Studio is a privately owned, modern dental practice in Buckeye, Arizona, focused on high-quality care, advanced technology, and long-term patient relationships. We are looking for a dependable, personable, and team-oriented Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. This position is currently two days per week, with the opportunity to add more days and grow into a full time (4 day) position as our practice expands.

Pay:

$50-$54 per hour, depending on experience What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Employee dental care Paid time off and paid holidays Supportive, team-oriented environment Opportunity to grow with a new and expanding practice Responsibilities Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and other hygiene services within the scope of practice Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation Take digital radiographs Educate patients about their oral and periodontal health, home care, and recommended treatment Assist with comprehensive exams and communicate clinical findings to the dentist Help create a positive, comfortable patient experience Work collaboratively with the doctor, assistants, and front-office team Qualifications Active Arizona Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing Local anesthesia certification Current CPR/BLS certification Laser certification is a plus, but not required Strong clinical and communication skills Dependable, professional, and comfortable working as part of a team New graduates are welcome to apply About the Practice Sonoran Dental Studio is a growing private practice focused on modern dentistry, excellent patient care, and a positive team culture.
