08/16/2026 Registered Dental Hygienist - San Diego, CA Our growing dental practice in San Diego, CA is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team. We are committed to providing high-quality patient care in a positive, collaborative environment that values professionalism, compassion, and continued growth. Schedule 2-3 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Duties & Responsibilities Perform dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review and examinations Take digital X-rays while following all safety and infection control protocols Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with HIPAA Assist with documentation, charting, and EHR/EMR systems Requirements Active California Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Current certifications required to practice Experience in a dental office setting preferred; pediatric or general dentistry experience is a plus Proficiency with dental software and EHR/EMR systems Strong knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, and clinical procedures Excellent communication and patient care skills Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach Pay & Benefits $53.00-$60.00 per hour Benefits may be available based on eligibility and hours worked, including 401(k), health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
