What You'll Do Provide exceptional preventive care, including dental cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, and periodontal therapy. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and provide personalized home-care recommendations. Collaborate with the dentist to support individualized treatment plans. Build strong relationships with patients and help them feel comfortable and confident in their care. Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records. Follow infection-control and safety protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked operatory. Stay current with the latest dental hygiene techniques, technology, and best practices. Support the clinical team with inventory and daily practice needs. Contribute to a welcoming, positive, and team-oriented environment. What We're Looking For Graduation from an accredited Dental Hygiene program. Active Georgia Dental Hygienist license. 1-3 years of clinical experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with dental software and electronic health records is a plus. Most importantly, a genuine passion for patient care and a desire to grow with a great team!
